Updated Menus at Custom Catering by Short Stop

Custom Catering by Short Stop has decided to give our corporate menus a culinary update. That doesn’t mean we are scraping our plates and starting with a whole new menu. It’s simply a good time to look at all our offerings, update them, take out the old and add some new to the favorites.

Our Corporate menus offer a cornacopia of different options for any business culinary need. For in-house meetings, working lunches and planning sessions check out our Box Lunches. Get a variety of sandwiches, flatbreads or wraps complete with a side salad and dessert! It’s a quick way to refuel.

If you’re looking for something a little more substantial, our regular lunch menu has many delicious offerings. From our Legendary Broasted Chicken to a Fiesta Taco Bar these buffets are a great way to feed the masses. All of Custom Catering’s 18 different lunch buffets offer a variety of sides to round out the entrees. Plus we come in and set it up, assist with serving and take it all away. This is a great option for an employee appreciation lunch, on-site holiday lunch or dinner or safety meeting.
